The AY 2024 September Undergraduate and Graduate Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows.

*The event format may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances, if any. If there are any changes, we will inform you via this web page. Please be sure to check back for the latest information.

*Please note that each new student will only be able to select up to two family members to attend the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.

*For new students who require special accommodations such as ushering at the venue, reservation of seats, or are participating with small children, etc., please contact us at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.

Date	September 24 (Tue.), 2024 Venue opens: 9:00 Arrive by: 9:30 Ceremony scheduled to be held from 10:00—10:40 Please arrive at the venue by no later than 9:30. *Please note that you will not be permitted to enter or leave the venue once the ceremony has begun.
Venue	Mita Campus West School Building Hall Building marked "5" in the above link. Please use public transportation when coming to the venue.
Applicable undergraduate faculties and graduate schools	[Undergraduate Faculties] Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Business and Commerce, Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies [Graduate Schools] Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Business and Commerce, Graduate School of Medicine, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Business Administration, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of System Design and Management, Graduate School of Media Design, Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Law School Japanese Language Program (JLP)

Notes	About the Livestream For all those who cannot attend, a video stream of the ceremony will be sharedvia YouTube Live. Please take the time to watch the proceedings. The video shall be available for viewing for several days after the ceremony. URL: No longer available Language: Japanese To family members ・Please note that each new student will only be able to invite up to two family members to attend the ceremony. ・Family members shall attend the ceremony at a separate venue provided for them inside the West School Building. ・The livestream of the entrance ceremony will be broadcast at this venue. ・While we have arranged for ample seating based on past experience, we seek your kind understanding in the event that all seats are fully occupied.
