Keio University will hold the postponed "Gathering for students who were admitted in the 2020 academic year" in September 2021. When using public transportation, please cooperate with measures to prevent the spread of infections, including wearing a mask at all times and refraining from talking.
・Please take your temperature at home on the day, and do not come to the venue if you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher or if you are feeling unwell. Your temperature will also be checked at the venue reception. You will not be allowed to enter the venue if it is determined that you have a fever.

You are strongly requested to refrain from group meals before and after the event, even when off campus.
・Seating will be arranged at the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, the venue for the event, in consideration of COVID-19. Although it is expected that everyone attending will be able to sit inside the Commemorative Hall, if the number of students at the event greatly exceeds what had been expected, please understand that you may be refused entry to the venue.
・ Note that there will be no campus signboards provided with a view to prevent congestion. Instead, we have prepared a photo frame that can be used on smartphones below.
