The AY 2021 Graduate Entrance Ceremony will be held for new graduate students and related parties only after giving maximum consideration to the health and safety of new students and preventing the spread of the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease.)
While the utmost efforts to facilitate the participation of families were made, we request your kind understanding regarding this decision that was reached with consideration to the circumstances at Hiyoshi Campus, which is implementing access management for entry to all buildings to prevent infections, and the impact on the areas surrounding the campus. While we believe that all family members were sincerely looking forward to attending the ceremony, we thank you for your kind understanding. No venue will be made available for the use of family members, etc., and we as such request that they refrain from accompanying ceremony attendees on campus.
